Pumpkin Brownie Pie: This is my version of pumpkin pie. In lieu of the classic pumpkin crust which I've never cared for, I decided to go with a thick crust made primarily of crushed Chocolate Wafers. The result is amazing!
The robust, spicy flavor of the pumpkin filling is perfectly offset by the thick chewy chocolate crust. No one leaves this crust behind on the plate.
Pumpkin Squares: These little squares are the perfect finish to a great holiday dinner. They're flaky, rich and chewy all in the same bite.
The dusting of powder sugar really finishes them off nicely and gives them a wonderful burst of sweetness but careful, don't inhale!
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cake: This bundt cake is a perennial favorite of mine. It is abundant with chocalte chips and is moist beyond compare.
This cake has a rich amber color inside which makes it very pretty when sliced and displayed on a plate.
Lemon Bars: I am personally not a big fan of lemon bars but my clients give these rave reviews. They're a touch tart and a lot sweet.
I use home-grown lemons for these babies and I think that gives them that extra something that reall sets them off. Everyone loves their texture too.
